  • T-Ball (KG & 1st Grade)

    • The T-Ball season generally starts after Spring Break and wraps up early-June. Most teams will practice 1 time a week until games start and generally will play 1 game a week. Once games start, many teams will opt to have an additional practice on an off night as well.

    • Jersey and hat are provided

    • Teams are typically formed on buddy and/or coach requests as well as grouping kids by neighborhood school when possible (no requests are guaranteed)

    • Team sizes typically 9-14

2025 T-Ball Rules
1. Total time is 90 minutes. Time starts at 5:30 PM with game time starts at 6:00 PM and end no later than 7:00 PM.
a. 30-minute practice
b. 60-minute game
c. No new inning after 45 minutes from game start.
2. Softie balls will be used
3. Coaches will pitch to batters. Underhand toss is acceptable.
4. Each batter will get 5 pitches, then a Tee. No exceptions. This will help keep the game moving.
5. Balls hit into the outfield, runners can advance until the defense gets the ball back into the infield.
6. No stealing bases, bunting, strike outs, and no runners will be called out.
7. Every batter will hit.
a .Split batting order in half (half will bat in the first inning and half will bat in the second inning). This will keep rate of play moving.
8. Every player will play defense every inning. Play real positions first and then add players where needed in the outfield.
9. No scores will be kept.
*Be ready to start and take the field at your starting time.
*Have your players warmed up before game time.
*Have your lineup made up before you arrive.
