Smyrna Soccer Club Little Lions is a program specifically designed for the younger player in the toddler range of 18 months to 3 years old (at time of program start). The program is centered on fun and is designed to introduce the children to the game of soccer. We have created a safe and positive environment where kids can learn the game of soccer through playful training techniques and team-bonding activities.
Games and activities are designed to encourage young players to participate, learn, and enjoy the game of soccer. Parent participation is strongly encouraged in order to give our younger players a sense of comfort.
18 Months – 3 Years Old: Little Lions Program
Smyrna Soccer Club Little Lions program currently consists of players from the age of 18 Months through the age of 3. Please take note that there is no skill level requirement at any age, I.E. we will have children of all levels participating on each team in our program. We have developed a system that provides both a fun and productive environment for players at all levels. There are no set teams.

- Volunteer parents as assistant trainers
This is a success-based program designed to develop a player’s confidence and a life-long love of the game of soccer. The Little Lions program is run as a parent/child clinic format. We will have a Professional Trainer assisted by the parent/s of each player. We will work on fun based exercise as well as soccer skills each week through a variety of games and activities. There are no set teams. The 7-week long season. The cost per season is $80 which includes a t-shirt.
Dates for the Spring session are as follows: March 20, April 10, 17, 24, May 15, 22, June 5 (Session time is 3-4 PM and 4-5 PM if needed)
