TEAM Refund Policy

TEAM's refund policy, for all sports, is as follows:

 - If the refund request happens BEFORE uniforms are ordered, 100% of the registration fee will be refunded
 - If the refund request happens AFTER uniforms are ordered, uniform cost will be deducted from the registration fee and the balance will be refunded (player will receive the uniform)
 - If the refund request happens AFTER the 1st game of the season, there will be NO REFUND of registration fee.


Notes:
 - Uniforms are generally ordered 3-5 days after registration period ends.
 - Uniforms generally cost around $20-30, so if you wait too long, most of your registration fee will NOT be refunded.
 - If you are cancelling registration due to financial, transportation or other reasons, please let us know; we may be able to help you.
 - TEAM is a non-profit organization; we are not making money on registration fees or uniforms. We have no interest in making you pay for something you don't want, but we must cover the cost of uniforms we order, so if you plan to cancel your registration, please do so, before we are obligated to pay for the uniform.
