2025 Spring Baseball Information

WHO: Kids in grades K-6 (Divisions will be K, 1-2, 3-4, 5-6)

WHAT: Spring Baseball (K-2 will be Co-Ed and we will try to split 3-4, 5-6, if numbers allow)

WHEN: Practice starts early April. Opening Day is May 3rd and the last games will be June 28th.

WHERE: Practices will be at area TPS schools and parks and games will be at CYO Fields on Thursdays for some grades and Saturdays for all grades

COST: $40 per player, financial assistance available for those that qualify

- Kindergarten is T-ball and Grades 1-2 is coach pitch.

- Grades 3/4, 5/6, 7/8 are all player pitch

- TEAM does its best to place enrolled players together with their schoolmates. If a school does NOT have enough individual players to field their own team, they may be placed with players from other, nearby schools to make a full team.

This combined team name is usually the name of the school that has the most number of registered players on the team and may be different than the school your player(s) attend.

Zero Tolerance Policy

Effective 6/15/24

A zero tolerance policy is effective immediately for any actions the TEAM organization deems inappropriate toward an umpire.

This includes but is not limited to:

Arguing balls and strikes
Arguing safe or out at base
Profanity, or any derogatory language
Heckling of any nature

This policy is effective for all coaches, parents, and spectators alike. This type of behavior is without question why it has become increasingly difficult to secure umpires for our games. TEAM will not allow the actions of a few to compromise this opportunity for thousands of children. Without umpires, we do not have a league.

Under this new policy, the umpire or TEAM representative will have full discretion and authority.

• If someone exhibits this type of behavior, a security officer will immediately remove the individual from the premises.

• A second infraction will result in the individual receiving a lifetime ban from all future TEAM activities.

TEAM will consistently implement policy designed with the safety of this community in mind.

A new game schedule will be pushed out through the Sports Connect System, soon.
