KYSA Refund Policy

Minimum $15.00 refund fee applies to ALL refunds, including Buyer's Remorse, injury, or otherwise, unless a sports team is cancelled at KYSA's discretion. ALL requests must be in writing to [email protected]

"Buyer's Remorse" (full refund minus refund fee) Within 72-hours of registration, a Buyer's Remorse refund may be requested.

A 50% refund is available once practices have begun, 2-weeks from the point of registration or 2 weeks from the beginning of season - whichever occurs last.

Refund requests for injury must also be made in writing to  [email protected] and will be prorated after practices begin. Requests must include a doctor's note on letterhead indicating that the child cannot play due to injury.

Regardless of circumstances, if club gear, uniforms, equipment, etc. is not returned, NO refund will be issued.
