KYSA Board Meetings

General meetings will be held monthly and will consist of the following:

• Executive Board members
• General Board members
• Committee Heads
• General meetings are open to the general public, date, time and location will be displayed on KYSA’s website 2 weeks prior to the meeting.
• 51% Quorum required for General meetings and 60% for Executive board meetings. President counts towards the quorum.
• All meetings will be run by the President or Vice President in the President's absence.
