On Friday September 27' at 7:30 South Kingstown Little League will hold our General Membership Meeting.

This meeting will be held at:

VFW Post 916

155 High Street

Wakefield, RI

Parking across the street at the town hall.

This is our annual meeting to present and discuss the following:

• Status of SKLL and a summary of our 2024 season
• Financial condition of SKLL
• Divisional update including the numbers of participants in each division
• Review the Constitution and vote on proposed minor adjustments
  • Meeting date
  • Attendance requirement for Board members
  • Role requirements for Board members
  • Review other minor items
• Vote to determine the size of the 2024-2025 Board of Directors
• Review the nominations and vote to elect the new Board

To qualify to vote as a member in good standing the individual must have an approved background check and required Abuse Awareness Training. Also the individual must have provided at least three volunteer hours to SKLL.

Anyone who qualifies and would like to be considered for the SKLL 2024-2025 Board of Directors must notify SKLL by September 26,

2024. This nomination must include at least three roles / positions that the individual in interested in performing. Once elected the Board member will be required to hold at least one of these roles.
