To help support you in your role, we wanted to share some important resources available for coaches:

IMPORTANT
To participate in any of these trainings or to be on the field as a coach, you will need to complete the following
if you have not already done so. 

*Little League Abuse Awareness Course*

*Background Check  (A link will be sent to you to complete once we verify you have completed the Abuse Awareness Training)*

• Coaches Training: Coaches training will provide valuable skills and drills you can utilize during practice time.  This training is in person and interactive.  It will cover the basics of hitting, fielding, catching, and throwing.  This will be taught by Mike Labarbera, a local professional coach.  We are offering two dates.  Both classes will have the same content.   • Date: Sunday March 9 and Sunday March 16
  • Time: 9:30-11:00
  • Location:  The Prout School, 4640 Tower Hill Road

• CPR & First Aid Classes: CPR and First Aid training is free of charge. A person who is certified CPR and First Aid must be on the field during all practices and games.  It is highly encouraged a member from each team (preferably Managers) get certified.  The certification is valid for two years, so if you took it last year, you will not need to take it again this year.  We are offering two available times.  Please sign up using the link below

• Coaches Meeting: We will be holding a meeting to go over league updates, little league and local rules, and  answer any questions you may have. Your attendance is highly encouraged!
  • Date: Wednesday March 19
  • Time: 6:00-7:00
  • Location:  1425 Kingston Road (In the mill complex)
