PRE-K PROGRAM
(for 4 & 5 yr olds and 3 yr olds that have had some introduction to organized activities)

FORMAT
Players will work in a small group with their Trainers for the duration of the 45 min session
Parents are to REMAIN ON THE SIDELINES while sessions are in progress,
allowing your little ones an opportunity to enjoy their soccer experience independently.
Sessions offered:
9:00AM 10:00AM 11:00AM 12:00PM
(MAX 50 players per session)

WHAT TO EXPECT
- Players are put into groups of 8 to 10 players each with two trainers (player to coach ratio not to exceed 6 to 1).
- Groups are determined based on player date of birth, and by request (i.e. siblings, relatives, friends that would like to be kept together).
- Sessions consist of age appropriate activities based around developing soccer skills as well as mobility, strength, balance and coordination.
- Introduction to the basic soccer skills of dribbling, passing, shooting and ball manipulation will be covered.
- Curriculum is designed by Director of Coaching, and led by a trained & experienced coaching staff.
- Players will discover the joy of soccer as they learn to follow sequenced activities, explore creativity, gain confidence, focus on individual development of soccer and social skills in a safe & fun learning environment!
HOW TO ARRIVE PREPARED
- Bring Your OWN Ball, size 2 or 3.
- Water
- Appropriate attire based on weather
- Hair pulled back away from face
- tennis shoes or cleats, with laces tied tight. NO open toed shoes.
- Shin guards are NOT required, but players are welcome to wear them if desired. Please make sure they are fully covered with socks.
INCLEMENT WEATHER
Training & Games will continue through rain. Delayed or possibly canceled due to thunder, lightning or extreme weather circumstances. Cancellations due to unsafe field conditions is also possible (i.e. standing water on fields). Updates will be posted on SOCIAL MEDIA FIRST, then emailed by the league to all participants. Any cancellations will be communicated a minimum of 1 hour prior to your scheduled start time.
COST: $125 per season
(Uniforms NOT required. *Each Player will receive a FREE Bloomfield Soccer T-shirt at their first session)

This program is designed for BOTH Parent and Player participation.
A parent/guardian MUST accompany the player for the duration of each session.
Sessions will be 30 mins and lead by one of our Head Bloomfield Soccer Trainers.
Sessions offered:
9:00AM 9:45AM 10:30AM 11:15AM
(max of 15 players per session)

- Each session will incorporate exercises focused on mobility, coordination, basic soccer skills and having fun!
- Curriculum is designed by Director of Coaching, and led by a trained & experienced coaching staff.

- Age appropriate size 2 soccer balls are provided for all players.
- Water
- Appropriate attire based on weather
- Hair pulled back away from face
- tennis shoes, if lace up make sure they are tied tight. NO open toe shoes.
- Parent/Guardian please wear tennis shoes as well and NO open toe shoes.
