GETTING YOUR GAME ASSIGNMENTS

TYSA referee assignments and payments are handled via the web-based assigning system Stack Officials.  This system will allow you to submit your availability, track games assigned and worked, and maintain records of your earned payments.  If you have not already done so, please sign up and create an account at https://stackofficials.com/auth/login.

If you would like to work games at TYSA, please introduce yourself via email to our Referee Assignor, Warren Fondu, at [email protected].  Be sure to include your name, age, and a little bit about your referee experience. 

Warren will add you to the event group and, if you do not have an account already, you will get an email with a link to log in at stackofficials.com and complete your profile set up including your direct deposit information.  If you already have an account with Stack Officials, you will simply get an email that you have been added to the event group.

You will then need to update your availability for each day that you are available and want to work.  Warren usually assigns games 10 - 14 days in advance, so please enter your availiblity early and accurately.  It is really important that you keep your availbility up to date to avoid scheduling conflicts.

Warren will communicate with you primarily through the Stack Officials platform which only uses Email currently. Please remember to check your emails periodically to see Assignments, changes, and other improtant information that may need to be communicated.

REFEREE PAYMENTS

All referee payments will be made via Direct Deposit through the Stack Officials platfomr.  Once referees are assigned to a game, they must then perform games as assigned to get paid. Alert the Referee Assignor if any position changes occur within the assigned crew. Referees are paid for each game completed and games cancelled with advanced notice will not be paid.  Payments are usually processed weekly.

REPORTING

After a match is completed, referees will be required to complete a simple match report in Stack Officials.  Scores and disciplinary action will need to be reported.  In the event of a Red Card dismissal, or problems with spectator behavior, please contact Warren Fondu as soon as possible via email, phone or text with the details of the  incident.
