Registration for the 2021-2022 season is open for all age groups! This includes our Youth Development Program (K-2) and our Chill Travel (3-8) and Recreation Programs ( 3-8).

Interested players can register via the LOGIN in the upper right hand corner. Returning players will only need to re-register.
New players will need
- a cropped, close up recent photograph
- picture of their birth certificate
- full contact information
FAILURE TO PROVIDE THOSE ITEMS WILL RESULT IN AN INCOMPLETE REGISTRATION and they will not be allowed to play.
Coaches/Volunteers/Board Members Needed!
If you're interested in being a new coach, select the option for the position you're interested in. Or if you were a coach last year and would like to continue to coach your team, please LOGIN and volunteer to coach by selecting the "Volunteer" Option in the Account section. This will allow us to pair you with your teams for any summer training. As we approach the Fall season, all coaches will be require to register officially via our normal website. Visit our Coaches page to learn more about our training programs, and coaching requirements.
Refunds
NOTE:
1) a non-refundable 2.9% CC fee and a $2.80 service fee are charged for each registration. We can't recover them from the site provider.
2) as we approach the season start, we have to submit player information to CJSA and we are charged $10 for this.

Cancel 2 Weeks before Season start: Full Tuition less fees & league player fee ($10)
Early Registration Discount? How do I get that?
If you register before the deadline, you will automatically get the early registration discount. If you register late, the full fee will be applied so we encourage you to register early!
How do I get a Uniform #?
If you are new to the club, you will need a number for your players uniform if you are a U8-U14 Travel or Rec player ONLY.
Visit our Uniform Lookup Table to see what numbers are available for your players birth year and gender. Select your top 2 open #'s.
Once you have picked 2 open numbers, go to our Uniform # request form to request your numbers. This will notify the Registrar and, who will confirm your choice shortly afterwards.
