One-hour sessions will be held on Monday evenings between 6:15PM and 9:15PM starting on January 6th and ending on March 3rd (7 sessions). Sessions will be held at the gym at the Kent Place School at 42 Norwood Ave. in Summit. There will be no sessions on MLK day (1/20) and President's day (2/17).
All sessions will take place in one gym, we'll split the boys and girls up for most drills, but scrimmages may combine groups.
After a few days of sign ups, we have developed the following schedule. If your child can't make their scheduled time or if they would like to practice with a different group, please reach out to us at [email protected]. We will do our best to accommodate or issue a full refund if we can't make it work.
6:15-7:15, U8/9 (2017/2016) Boys and U8/9/10 (2017/2016/2015) Girls
7:15-8:15, U10/11 (2015/2014) Boys and U11/12 (2014/2013) Girls
8:15-9:15, U12/13/14/15 (2013/2012/2011/2010) Boys and U13/14/15 (2012/2011/2010) Girls
IMPORTANT: Please accompany your player to the first session on 1/6. There will be a brief parents meeting to go over some of the rules for the gym. We are guests at the Kent Place School.
Please remember:
-- Kids and parents are NOT to wander around the school before, during or after their practice. There is a small bleacher area if you would like to stay and watch practice or you can wait in your car in the parking lot if you do not plan to drop off.
-- There is a basketball practice happening in the adjoining gym that our players will need to walk through to get to our practice space. Please be respectful of the Kent Place students and walk quickly and quietly through their practice.
-- There is no buffer between our sessions. Please do not drop kids off early or pick them up late - there is no where for them to wait.
