Spring Season Opt-Out Deadline and Policy
We are confirming participation for the upcoming Spring season. Knowing your child's commitment well in advance is critical to ensure every team has enough players, allowing us to accurately register teams with the leagues and plan for new player registrations. A late drop-out directly impacts the remaining players, potentially leaving their team short-handed on game days.
If Your Child Will NOT Play in the Spring: Opt-Out Required
If your child DOES NOT plan to continue playing with NPSC in the Spring, you must officially opt out by filling out the form linked below.
The deadline to opt out is Monday, December 15th, 2025.

Important Financial Policy
We will process all Spring season invoices and charge the credit card on file for registered players on January 15th, 2026.
If you do not opt out by December 15th, 2025, you WILL be charged the full Spring season fee.
Charges made on January 15th are non-refundable, even if you inform us after December 15th that your child will not play.
While we understand that life with kids can be challenging, late cancellations and mid-season drops have become a growing problem that negatively affects all our players and coaches. This firm policy is necessary to protect the integrity of our teams.
If Your Child Will Continue to Play in the Spring: No Action Needed
If your child plans to continue playing with NPSC in the Spring, you do not have to do anything.
Your child will automatically remain on their team, and your credit card will be charged the Spring season fee on January 15th, 2026.
We will continue to send reminders throughout October and November. Please help us prepare for a successful Spring season by respecting the December 15th deadline.
