New Providence Soccer Club Refund Policy—Effective 2018/08/14

Travel/Select Programs: If a player cancels before rosters are posted, all but $35 is refunded.  No refunds will be granted after rosters are posted. By requesting a refund, you are also asking that your child not be placed on a team.

Skills Development Program: If a player cancels before the first day of the program, all but $35 is refunded. No refunds will be granted after the program starts. There will be no uniforms (shirt) provided for children who have withdrawn.

Exceptions:
• All exceptions are subject to board approval
• If we, the New Providence Soccer Club, are unable to place a player on a team 100% is refunded.
• If a player has a season precluding injury pre-season, all but $35 is refunded. No refunds are granted for in-season injury.
• If a players’ family relocates out of New Providence prior to season start, all but $35 is refunded. No refunds are granted for in-season relocation

The New Providence Soccer Club does not give refunds for weather conditions that shorten the amount of practices/games. In addition, we do not give refunds or change team assignments due to personal conflicts with the game and practice schedule. We cannot predetermine practice days as we do not know how many teams or what field availability will be until registration is closed and town field assignments have been completed.
