Spring Opt Out Policy and Form

We want to make sure our players continue to have the best experience possible when we start up again in the Spring. So we're asking you to please let us know if your child will NOT play in the Spring. Losing players over the winter may cause some of our teams to have trouble fielding a full team on game days.

If your child will NOT play in the Spring - please fill out our Spring Opt Out form here.

If your child plans to play in the Spring, you don't need to do anything. We will carry over our rosters from Fall to Spring and your credit card will be charged on January 15th for the Spring season.
