IMPORTANT! New Spring Opt Out Policy

We've sent out a few reminders recently asking parents to please let us know if your child does NOT plan to continue to play in the Spring.  It's very important for us to know this information well in advance of the Spring season so we can make sure our teams have enough players.  This effects the number of teams we register with the leagues, the number of kids we allow to register as new players in the Spring and EVERYONE on the team if coaches can't field a full team on game days.

Despite our reminders, only a handful of you have let us know (via our Spring Opt Out Form) that your child will not play.

In order to convey the importance of this information, we've adopted a new policy for families who opt out of the Spring season.
  • There will now be a deadline of January 15th, 2024 for parents to let us know if your child will NOT play in the Spring (via our Spring Opt Out Form).
  • We will then issue invoices for the Spring season (to everyone who has not opted out) shortly after our January 15th deadline.
  • If you do not opt out by January 15th - you WILL be issued an invoice.  That invoice will remain on the books even if you tell us after January 15th that your child will not play in the Spring.
  • You will be required to pay that outstanding invoice for any of the members of your family to play with the NPSC in subsequent seasons.

If your child plans to continue playing with NPSC in the Spring - this email does not apply to you.  You do not have to do anything and your child will continue on their team and you will receive an invoice for the Spring season in January.

But if your child does NOT plan to play in the Spring - PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE let us know by filling out the SPRING OPT OUT FORM.

We don't like instituting policies like this, we try to be as flexible as possible as we know life with kids can be crazy.  But late drop outs, Spring season drop outs and kids who routinely do not attend games have been a growing problem for the club.  One that impacts all of our players.

If you have any questions, please reach out to [email protected].

Thank you!
