Players in the coach pitch division and higher are encouraged to attend our league evaluations. During the evaluations, coaches and volunteers will test the skills of the players and give them a score based on their performance. The scores help rank the players in the draft pool.
Player evaluations are held to aid in forming balanced teams during the draft. Therefore, parent requests may be denied throughout the coach pitch divisions and higher.
The scores of the players will only be revealed to the coaches and board members.
During the evaluation, players are served grounders, line drives, and pop flys to measure how they 1) Throw 2) Catch, and 3) Field. Additionally, they are evaluated for 4) Hitting, 5) Pitching, and 6) Running.
We will provide helmets, gloves, and bats if you do not have the proper equipment at the time of evaluations.
