- Focus on foot skills with game speed/intensity with many variations
- Use the Japanese method of repetition
- Cover four components of soccer (ball touches, pass & control, dribbling, striking) including a possession game
- Brain training: How should you think while playing soccer?
- One on one training with the player, live demos
- Work hard, work smart, think hard
Camp Itinerary
Day 1 - ball touches/pass & control/possession/ game
Day 2 - ball touches/dribble/1v1, 2v2/game
Day 3 - ball touches/shooting/ 3v3/ game
Day 4 - possession/1v1, 2v2, 3v3/small sided games
Always finishing up with game to implement of theme of the day in game situation!
