EYSA invites you to share an issue with the quality of a player's experience or ask for help from the Board of Directors when a serious issue arises. Please read below for further details about this process.

1. Be sure that you have explored all avenues of resolution first.
(Example: speak to the Coach, discuss with one member of the Board verbally)
2. Be mindful of the time volunteer Board Members will be required to put in regarding this issue at hand. This process requires emails, Board discussions, adhesion to EYSA standards and protocols, meetings, and resolutions. Altogether one issue can result in many hours of extra work behind the scenes. The process spans over a few business days. Please be sure that when you contact the Board, you are sure this is the correct avenue for help.

4. The Board will respond within 24-48 hours on business days. From here we will setup a meeting and find a resolution.
