REGISTRATION INFO

FALL 2026 REGISTRATION: Starting May 9, Ending June 7

Early Bird Registration Ending: May 25

Rec Soccer Program (offered fall season only)

Novice (L1) - Registration is $79 and includes a jersey and a size 3 soccer ball.
Learn-to-Play (L2) - Registration is $99 and includes a jersey.
Skill Building Division (L3) - Registration is $99 and includes a jersey.

Travel Soccer (offered spring & fall)

Travel Registration is $199 per player. Uniforms are $50 and must be purchased this fall season and may be reused in spring.

Discounts:
- Early bird registration: $25
- Family discounts for registering multiple players at once: ($25 per player)
- Volunteer Coach*: $25 (will be reimbursed when team are finalized and coaches are assigned a team)

Refund Policy

All sales are considered final once Registration is completed. EYSA may consider a refund request under special and unforeseen circumstances (illness, injury, moving out of the area, or other inability to participate). A refund request must be submitted by emailing [email protected] and including the child’s name, team, and reason for the request.

August Birthdays Policy

Players with an August birthday typically play with their grade level.
- Please register for the level allowed in the system.
- Message us if you prefer to move your child to a different level.

*NEW* Travel Evaluations & Team Placements

Starting in June 2026, all EYSA players who wish to register for Fall Travel soccer are required to participate in an evaluation process. Players from 9U and above are expected to attend. This process consists of attending two sessions (one minimum) during the first two weeks of June where qualified personnel assess the players.

The goal of this approach is to align players with teammates of similar abilities and build a program where children can have fun developing soccer skills with their peers. Player development is always paramount in our process!

DIVISION RESTRUCTURE DISCLAIMER

EYSA strives to field as many teams as possible and give every child the opportunity to play soccer. To accomplish this, EYSA will at times have to move players outside the division or team that their age or gender would otherwise align with. These moves may take the form of:

A) Combining age groups (i.e. 9U Girls would “age up” and play in the 10U Girls Division for the season).
B) Forming co-ed teams (i.e. 9U Girls and U9 Boys merge to form a co-ed team playing in the 9U Boys Division).
C) In individual circumstances, a player may be asked to “age up” and play in an older division where players are needed as long as EYSA, their coaches and the player's parents all agree that the player's ability level is consistent with that of the division they would be entering into.

(PLEASE NOTE: Your child’s prior seasons team may not have a bearing on their current seasons team. For example, if your 9U child was asked to move up to 10U part way through the fall season because they needed more players, your child still registers as 9U in the spring).
