Except as otherwise provided herein, all park use permits shall require a reservation fee, in addition to any applicable per diem or service fees for use of the park, as established by resolution of the Othello City Council.
Weekday reservations (Monday through Thursday) must be canceled at least twenty-four hours in advance to receive a refund, minus a nonrefundable processing fee and a fifteen-dollar cancellation fee.
Weekend reservations (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday) must be canceled by five p.m. the Wednesday before to receive a refund, minus a nonrefundable processing fee and a fifteen-dollar cancellation fee.
Cancellations and modifications can only be done at City Hall between eight a.m. through five p.m., Monday through Friday.
No show/non-cancellation will result in forfeiture of all fees. Refunds will not be issued after the scheduled reservation. (Ord. 1580 § 1, 2022; Ord. 1431 § 2 (part),
Bad Weather: The reservation holder is expected to decide whether to cancel based on forecast and must do so before the official deadline to receive a refund.
No-Shows: If the renter does not show up for the requested reservation and does not cancel in advance, all fees are forfeited. (No refund is granted)
