2025 MLS GO - Summer Soccer

MSL Go Soccer is a game where the players try to maneuver the ball around other players, learn new athletic skills and create a bond with their teammates. Season will be kicked off on September 2nd, 2025 - September 25th, 2025 (8 Total Games). Game days will be Tuesdays and Thursdays, times to be determined by age division and registration numbers, start times will be announced as soon as teams and divisions are divided and assigned randomly. Registration Guidelines 
  • All open balances must be satisfied before any participation in City sports.
  • Additional registration fees may be required for division transfers and must be paid in full prior to participation in the season.
  • Coach and Buddy Requests are NOT GUARANTEED, but we will try our best to accommodate your request.
  • You must register prior to attending an activity.
  • Fees must be paid in full at time of registration.
  • If conditions warrant, activities are subject to change by the Parks and Recreation Department.
  • Program minimums and volunteer minimums must be met, or the activity is subject to cancellation. (We will only host teams if they have a volunteer coach. Volunteers may include high school age students.)
Our Refund Policy:
  • Sometimes things do not go as planned. Othello Parks & Recreation reserves the right to cancel, reschedule or combine program activities.
  • If Parks & Recreation cancels a program, participants will be notified by phone or email provided on the registration. A full refund will automatically be issued. Refunds are issued from the City Finance Department within approximately 15 to 30 days of the notice.
  • NO REFUNDS will be issued for participant-initiated cancellations. 
  • We are unable to prorate season games.
Uniform Fitting and Ordering Policy:
The Parks and Recreation Department provides sample uniforms for athletes to try on in order to determine the correct size before placing an order. These try-on uniforms are available at the Parks and Recreation Department office, located at 81 E. Pine Street, Othello, WA 99344. Office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. We strongly encourage all athletes to visit the Parks and Recreation office to try on uniforms prior to the close of registration to ensure accurate sizing. Please Note: 
  • All uniform sales are final.
  • Uniform orders will be placed shortly after the registration period closes.
  • If the selected size is not available, the next available larger size will be ordered.
  • If a parent or guardian selects an incorrect size for their athlete and a replacement is required, an additional charge will apply.
  • The Parks and Recreation Department does not carry uniforms in stock; all uniforms are ordered through an external vendor.

2025 Fall JR. NBA and Jr. WNBA

FALL jr.NBA and jr.WNBA (Indoor Basketball)
We’re excited to partner with Jr. NBA/Jr. WNBA for another fun basketball season! The Fall season is tentatively set to begin on September 30th. Game days and times will depend on the number of participants. Teams will be randomly assigned by age division. Games are currently planned for Tuesdays and Thursdays between 4:45 PM and 9:00 PM, lasting 45 minutes each. Gym space for games and practices is being coordinated with the school district.

We hope to offer separate boys’ and girls’ leagues, based on enough registrations and volunteer coaches—minimum of four teams per division.
2025 jr.NBA Age Chart: Based on age as of September 30th, 2025 (Click Here)
  • Ages 7–9 will play at a local Elementary School
  • Ages 10–12 will play at McFarland Middle School

Player Evaluation Skills Camp – Team Placement Information
To ensure balanced teams and a positive experience for all participants, we will be hosting a mandatory Skills Camp for team placement. Players will be evaluated based on skill level and experience, allowing us to create evenly matched teams across each division. Participation in the Skills Camp is important for accurate team placement and a successful season for all players.
Boys Basketball Skills Camp: Scootney Springs Elementary School
  • 7–9 Division: September 3rd, 4:30 PM – 5:30 PM
  • 10–12 Division: September 3rd, 5:45 PM – 6:45 PM
Girls Basketball Skills Camp: Scootney Springs Elementary School
  • 7–9 Division: September 5th, 4:30 PM – 5:30 PM
  • 10–12 Division: September 5th, 5:45 PM – 6:45 PM

We are currently seeking dedicated individuals who are ready to take on the role of an Umpire.

Adult Softball Umpire: (2025 Summer-Fall Available)
  • Game Duration: Up to 90 minutes
  • Season: July - September
  • Basic knowledge of the game required
  • Background check required
  • Weekly games on Monday evenings (with possible games at 7:00 PM and 8:30 PM)
  • Minimum age: 17+ Minors will need to submit to Parks and Recreation a Parent/School Authorization Form (Pick up form at Parks & Rec. Department).

Softball Umpire (Adult League)

  • Basic knowledge of the game required (2 years of Soccer Experience)

  • Weekly games on Tuesday & Thursday evenings
  • Minimum age: 16+ Minors must submit to Parks and Recreation a Parent/School Authorization Form (Pick up at Parks & Rec. Department).
