2026 Summer Recreation Program

Who's ready for some fun!? The registration for our Summer Recreation Program is now open! The program will run for three weeks. Participants will get to experience a different activity each week. Activities may include, chalk art, coloring, playground, basketball, volleyball, soccer, relay races, movies & more.

Dates of the program:

Week 1 (July 6-10)
Week 2 (July 13-17)
Week 3 (July 20-24)

Drop Off and Pick Up Location:

Participants can be dropped off at 8:45 AM – 9:00 AM and picked up from 11:45 AM -12:00 PM the Lions Park gazebo near the Tennis Courts on Pine Street.

Registration Guidelines :

All open balances must be satisfied before any participation in City sports.
Additional registration fees may be required for division transfers and must be paid in full prior to participation in the season.
Coach and Buddy Requests are NOT GUARANTEED, but we will try our best to accommodate your request.
You must register prior to attending an activity.
Fees must be paid in full at time of registration.
If conditions warrant, activities are subject to change by the Parks and Recreation Department.
Program minimums and volunteer minimums must be met, or the activity is subject to cancellation. (We will only host teams if they have a volunteer coach. Volunteers may include high school age students.)
All sales are final. If your Uniform size is not in stock we will order a size up.
Please opt in for text messages and emails to ensure that you are up to date with any schedule changes, additional information, etc.

Our Refund Policy:

Sometimes things do not go as planned. Othello Parks & Recreation reserves the right to cancel, reschedule or combine program activities.
If Parks & Recreation cancels a program, participants will be notified by phone or email provided on the registration. A full refund will automatically be issued. Refunds are issued from the City Finance Department within approximately 15 to 30 days of the notice.
NO REFUNDS will be issued for participant-initiated cancellations.
We are unable to prorate activity days.
