Dear Community Member,
Sponsorships sustain the existence of any community organization, and the Briarwood El Camino Little League (BELL) is no different. BELL, a 501(c)(3) organization, has been organized in the city of Santa Clara, CA since 1960. This year, we are proud to be celebrating 65 years of baseball in our area.
Every year BELL reaches out to the community in search of sponsors for our league. Your sponsorship can help in a number of different ways, ranging from equipment and field maintenance fees to hardship scholarships for some of our players. Because we primarily serve youth from several Title 1 public schools, we often have families who are unable to pay full registration fees and your sponsorships enable us to help these families.
For the 2024-25 season, we have several different options for a business or family to become a sponsor to our league.
$100 | Family sponsorship - All family sponsors will have their names on a banner at Machado Park and in the 2025 yearbook |
$250 | Business sponsorship - Your business name will be featured in the 2025 yearbook |
$500 | Single Banner Sponsorship - A 3x5 foot banner with your business logo will be hung on the outfield fence of either the Major OR Minor fields. Your business name will also be featured in the 2025 yearbook |
$750 | Double Banner Sponsorship - Two (2) 3x5 foot banners with your business logo hung on the outfield fence of the Major AND Minor field. Your business name will also be featured in the 2025 yearbook |
$1000* | Team Sponsorship - Your business name will be printed on the back of the team’s jersey. A 3x5 foot banner with your business logo will be hung on the outfield fence of either the Major OR Minor fields. You will also receive a sponsorship plaque for you to display at your business. Your business name will be featured in the 2025 yearbook.
Team sponsorships must be completed by Jan 15, 2025 to ensure the company name on the back of the player jersey.

Sponsorships are a great way to help the 230+ boys and girls of our league, while affording you an opportunity to advertise your business with our parents and community at large.
