Introductory Sweep Rowing Classes for Adults

Choose a Session:
Each session consists of a Thursday morning (5:30-7 a.m.) land-based class and four on-the-water classes on consecutive Friday (5:30-7 a.m.) and Sunday (6:30-8:30 a.m.) mornings.

Costs: $180 (includes sales tax) for an introductory session consisting of five classes. Numbers are limited to 12 participants per session. Spots are reserved, after registration and receipt of class fee, on a first come, first served basis.
Participants must be capable of treading water for 10 minutes unassisted.
After completing one of the introductory sessions, you can continue your rowing by registering for our ongoing programs at an additional fee.
