2025 Registration

Registration Update:If you were unable to attend registration on Saturday at the YMCA, forms can be dropped off at the Farmers State Bank drop box, located at the front of the building.

Payment Instructions:
By check: Attach the check to your registration form.
By cash: Place both the cash and registration form in a sealed envelope before placing it in the drop box.

Forms and payments can also be turned in at your child's school. If submitting at school, payment must be made by check only and attached to the form.
