Sky River Soccer Club has a use and maintenance agreement with Snohomish County for Fairfield County Park. Our club is responsible for all the maintenance necessary for providing our kids a safe place to enjoy soccer at Fairfield Park. The Park encompasses 40 acres. 29 of those acres are grass fields, and they require a tremendous amount of volunteer time to make them playable each week. Each mowing requires 16-22 hours, during the spring and early summer this is required twice a week. This does not included time for field layout, striping, and garbage pickup. Field maintenance is currently and had previously been completed all by volunteers. To keep our player fees affordable for all, we need more volunteers. If you can volunteer some time and/or donate services and materials. Email: [email protected]
