NSA is excited to bring youth lacrosse to the Northmont area. We will be running a Flex6 coed program for 5th-8th graders. Flex6 is a fun, fast-paced, non-contact version of the game played by any mix of players up to a team of 6. Practice will be offered twice a week, with short-sided games on Saturdays.  We will also be running a Lacrosse Select/HS Prep. This will be offered to boys only in grades 5th-8th. This is a full contact, full pads training program.
