Piney Green Soccer Club is driven to provide the best environment to challenge players to reach their maximum potential.  Our goal is to introduce soccer in the Piney Green area at the recreational level in hopes our players move up to the highest level of soccer.  We are sanctioned under North Carolina Youth Soccer Association (NCYSA) and US Youth Soccer (USYS).    Our coaching staff is made of community volunteers and PGSC is listed as 501 c3 Non Profit Organization.  

The PGSC Recreation Program is open to all children aged 3 to 19 and promotes fun while teaching players sportsmanship and the basic skills (passing, trapping, dribbling, shooting) necessary to succeed in soccer.  No tryout is required to be placed on a team at the recreational level.  This division is not competitive in nature to allow for more emphasis to be placed on the development of skill and a love for the game.  Developmental recreational soccer is divided into two seasons, fall and spring with players having to re-register each season.
