*Coaches may choose to schedule an additional practice during the week, but the primary team practice takes place on Sundays before each game. There will be 1 Saturday afternoon/evening practice/game during the season.

Spring 2026 Competitive 5v5 Flag Football - By Coach Invite Only - Player MUST be part of a team

CFA Spring 2026 Competitive 5v5 Flag League

The CFA Spring 2026 Competitive 5v5 Flag League is for independently formed teams only.

While CFA does not form competitive teams, we are happy to help connect coaches who are looking for players with families whose athletes are seeking competitive opportunities. Please note that all roster decisions are made solely by the Head Coach, and connecting a player with a coach does not guarantee placement on a team.

The Head Coach must register first and will receive a Team Code, which is then shared only with the selected players (Minimum of 7 players). Players may register only with this Team Code.
The league includes 6 guaranteed games, with top teams advancing to playoffs and the final two teams in each division competing in Championship games on the weekend of May 17. Game days are fully scheduled, and no travel is required.

Divisions offered are Co-Ed 8U, 10U, 12U, and 14U. This is a competitive league, not recreational, and all teams are coach-led.

Uniforms are not included, and no special uniform is required—teams may use two different colored shirts, reversible shirts, or pinnies. All players must have a soft-shelled helmet, mouthguard, and age verification to participate.

Registration is only for confirmed rostered players.

East County Elite Teams (All Girls) - By Invite Only

We are excited to welcome your daughter to the East County Elite All-Girls Tournament Program for the 2026 season! This is an invitation-only, competition-level team for athletes who have participated in tryouts and been selected by our coaching staff.
East County Elite provides elite coaching, high-level competition, and a top-quality experience designed to help athletes grow, develop, and compete at the highest standard.

About the Registration Fee

This fee includes:
• Uniform package
• Tournament entry fees for the 2026 season
This fee does not include:
• Travel or lodging
• Zorts or age-verification platform fees
• Any tournaments added outside the planned 2026 schedule
