Elite QB & RB Skills Position Camp with the Bells

Get ready for the upcoming football season with CFA’s Elite QB & RB Skill Position Camp, featuring Liberty High standout athletes and brothers Nate Bell and Jaxon Bell.

This high-energy camp is designed for athletes who want to sharpen their football skills, improve position-specific techniques, and gain valuable instruction from athletes who have competed at the highest levels of high school and collegiate football.
Participants will receive focused training in:
🏈 Quarterback Development
Improve throwing mechanics, footwork, accuracy, decision-making, pocket presence, and quarterback confidence.
🏃 Running Back Development
Learn ball security, vision, agility, change of direction, route running, acceleration, and position-specific techniques to become a more explosive playmaker.
⚡ Speed, Footwork & Mechanics
Athletes will work on movement fundamentals that directly translate to better on-field performance.
🧠 Game Situations & Football IQ
Players will be coached through real game concepts, situational awareness, and decision-making to help them better understand the game.
🏆 Competition & Skill Challenges
Campers will participate in competitive drills and activities designed to challenge them, build confidence, and make training fun.
This camp is perfect for athletes looking to prepare for tackle or flag football season, whether they are developing fundamentals or looking to elevate their game to the next level.
Beyond skills training, this is an opportunity for young athletes to learn from two accomplished players who understand the discipline, work ethic, and mindset it takes to succeed.

Fall 2026 Competitive Division Tryouts
Players interested in joining our Competitive Division are invited to register for our FREE tryouts. These sessions will be held in late June / early July and are designed to give coaches the opportunity to evaluate players, while also giving families a chance to meet coaches and learn more about their coaching style and philosophy.
Please note, participation in tryouts does not guarantee a roster spot. Team placement is based on coach selection, team needs, and available roster space. Not being selected is not solely based on skill level, but also on the number of spots available on each team.
If a player is not selected, there is still an opportunity to register for our Recreational Division, which also includes playoffs and championship games.
We encourage all interested players to come out, compete, and experience the next level of CFA football! 🏈

Fall 2026 Competititive 5v5 Flag Football - By Coach Invite Only - Player MUST be part of a team

The CFA Fall 2026 Competitive 5v5 Flag League is designed for independently formed teams and offers a higher level of play for athletes seeking more competition.
CFA does not form teams but will host tryouts for coaches building rosters and players who would like to be evaluated. Placement is not guaranteed, and all roster decisions are made solely by the Head Coach.
Head Coaches must register first and will receive a Team Code, which is shared only with selected players (minimum of 7 players per team). Players may register only with a valid Team Code.
The season includes 6 guaranteed games, with top teams advancing to playoffs and the top two teams in each division competing in Championship games on the weekend of November 22. All games are locally scheduled with no travel required.
Divisions offered: Co-Ed 8U, 10U, 12U, and 14U.
Uniforms are not included. Teams may wear matching shirts, reversible jerseys, or pinnies. All players must have a soft-shell helmet, mouthguard, and age verification to participate.
Registration is only for players who have been selected and provided a Team Code.

👟 Camp Coordinator – Lexy Gonzalez (LG4Fitness)

Lexy is the founder and head trainer of LG4Fitness, specializing in developing female athletes at the youth, high school, and collegiate levels.
With a background as a collegiate athlete, coach, and performance trainer, Lexy focuses on building athletes who are not only faster and stronger—but also more confident, disciplined, and game-ready.
Her training is designed to translate directly to on-field performance, with a strong emphasis on:
  • Speed and agility development
  • Movement mechanics and injury prevention
  • Game-specific decision making
  • Confidence and mental performance
Lexy has worked with athletes across the Bay Area and partnered with teams, leagues, and training facilities to help players reach the next level.
