Fall 2026 Competitive Division Tryouts
Players interested in joining our Competitive Division are invited to register for our FREE tryouts. These sessions will be held in late June / early July and are designed to give coaches the opportunity to evaluate players, while also giving families a chance to meet coaches and learn more about their coaching style and philosophy.
Please note, participation in tryouts does not guarantee a roster spot. Team placement is based on coach selection, team needs, and available roster space. Not being selected is not solely based on skill level, but also on the number of spots available on each team.
If a player is not selected, there is still an opportunity to register for our Recreational Division, which also includes playoffs and championship games.
We encourage all interested players to come out, compete, and experience the next level of CFA football! 🏈

*Coaches may choose to schedule an additional practice during the week, but the primary team practice takes place on Sundays before each game. There may be 1 Saturday afternoon/evening playoff game at the end of the season.

Get ready for the season with our Girls Pre-Season Speed, Agility & Skill Development Camp, powered by CFA x LG4Fitness!
This 3-day camp is designed specifically for female athletes looking to improve their speed, confidence, and overall performance heading into the upcoming flag football season.
Athletes will train in a high-energy, supportive environment focused on:

  • Confidence, competitiveness, and leadership

👟 Camp Coordinator – Lexy Gonzalez (LG4Fitness)

Lexy is the founder and head trainer of LG4Fitness, specializing in developing female athletes at the youth, high school, and collegiate levels.
With a background as a collegiate athlete, coach, and performance trainer, Lexy focuses on building athletes who are not only faster and stronger—but also more confident, disciplined, and game-ready.
Her training is designed to translate directly to on-field performance, with a strong emphasis on:
  • Speed and agility development
  • Movement mechanics and injury prevention
  • Game-specific decision making
  • Confidence and mental performance
Lexy has worked with athletes across the Bay Area and partnered with teams, leagues, and training facilities to help players reach the next level.
Her mission:
To develop confident, powerful female athletes who are prepared to compete—and succeed.
