- We suggest that players wear long soccer socks that go over the top of the shin guards to keep them in place

Practice Structure
The Inter CT professional coaching staff will lead the Tuesday and Thursday practices and will communicate to players exactly where they need to go upon arrival. When players arrive, the coaches will have a designated area for players to leave their water bottle and then an activity to go straight into. Our goal here is to teach the fundaments of the game in a fun environment placing a focus on the technical aspects of the game and small sided games.
We ask that parents/guardians who plan to spectate, stay on the perimeter of the fields by the fence so that we limit congestion and confusion on the fields for the players.
Game Day Structure
On Saturday mornings we will have multiple fields set up to play 4v4 games. Same as practices, the Inter CT coaches will take the lead and direct the players upon arrive as to where they need to go. Our goal on game days is to let the players play under the guidance of the coaches. We want players to have fun and feel confident enough to express themselves with the soccer ball at their feet.
There will be designated areas for spectators to watch the games and cheer on the teams. We just ask that spectators do not coach on the sidelines.
Communication
You will receive two points of communication a week from me. First communication on a Monday to recap the weekend's games and also what the practice topics are for the upcoming week. Second point of communication on a Friday to recap the weeks practices and then reminders for the weekend's games.
