Coaching is a rewarding way to spend time with your kids and their friends while helping them to learn soccer skills. Coaches are richly rewarded with the satisfaction they gain from working with fun kids in a team atmosphere!

Impact Soccer Club depends on volunteer parent coaches to support league play. New coaches are not required to have sport-specific knowledge and can attend a new coaches orientation prior to the beginning of the season. Please consider volunteering as a coach or an assistant coach. It is a rewarding experience for you and the kids!

Coaches Application

All volunteer coaches new or returning must complete a coaches application annually.

Coaches are expected to be role models who project the spirit of the sport on and off the field.  They are responsible for fairly applying the Club’s policies.

No coach shall use profanity or make derogatory remarks or gestures to a referee, parent official, player, parent or spectator.  A coach may never inappropriately touch, strike, shake, push or otherwise physically assault a player.  A coach has the responsibility to ensure that all players receive at least their minimum earned playing time during games. Infractions of the Coach Commitment may result in disciplinary measures by the Protests, Appeals and Disciplinary Committee – Chaired by Division IV Directors.
