Rick has been the club's Director of Coaching and Player Development (DOC) since 2007. Prior to that, he was the Director of Coaching at DVSC 1999-2005. Rick's coaching experience includes US Club ODP U14 Girls Region IV Head Coach from 2003-2005, the Super Y U14 Head Coach 2003-2006, CYSA State ODP Assistant Coach U16 Boys 1999, CYSA State ODP Assistant Coach U14 Boys 1997, USISL Reno Rattlers Assistant Coach 1995-1996 and the USISL Reno Rattlers Head Coach 1994.
Rick holds the following licenses: USSF B License, NSCAA Advanced National Diploma, NSCAA Director of Coaching Diploma.

Rob Terry

Rob Terry graduated from Clayton Valley High School, where he played soccer from 1986-1990. After high school, Rob played at Los Medanos College and at Orange Coast College. Rob played professionally with the Sacramento Knights, NPISL, with the Division 1A Mexican team, La Piedad, for the Reno Rattlers, USISL, and with the Sons of Italy in San Francisco from 1998-2002.
Rob has over 15 years coaching experience, having worked on staff at Diablo FC/DVSC from 1997-2008 prior to coming to our Club. From 2005 to 2006, he was the Head JV Coach at Carondelet High School. In 2007, Rob moved up to be a Varsity Assistant Coach for Carondelet where he continues today. Rob has been an Impact Staff Coach since 2009. He has a NSCAA National License.

Gavin Glinton

Impact Soccer welcomed its first former MLS player to our coaching staff in October, 2012. Gavin Glinton grew up in Livermore and played for the L.A. Galaxy, San Jose Earthquakes and the Turks and Caicos National Team - even spending some time playing soccer professionally abroad. Gavin coached at his alma mater, Bradley University in Illinois, before settling here in our hometown. Gavin currently holds a USSF B License.
