Coach Nate brings an extensive background in baseball and a lifelong dedication to developing athletes both on and off the field. His love for the game began early, playing from t-ball all the way through high school, where his skill and determination earned him a baseball scholarship to an NAIA school. Competing at the collegiate level gave him not only advanced technical knowledge of the sport but also a strong appreciation for teamwork, perseverance, and leadership.

After his playing career, Coach Nate transitioned naturally into coaching, where he discovered a deep passion for teaching the next generation of players. He served as the Head Baseball Coach at Hugo High School for two years, where he led his teams with integrity, discipline, and enthusiasm—focusing on player development, teamwork, and character.

For the past six years, Coach Nate has dedicated himself to youth baseball, coaching at multiple levels and fostering an environment that balances competition with personal growth. He believes in building strong team chemistry, encouraging confidence, and teaching players to love the game while learning valuable life skills such as accountability, sportsmanship, and resilience.

Coach Zach brings a lifelong love for baseball and a wealth of experience to the team. Having played the game from t-ball through high school, he developed a deep appreciation for the sport’s strategy, teamwork, and discipline. His commitment to baseball continued beyond his playing years, as he spent over a decade umpiring and gaining a well-rounded understanding of the game from every perspective.

For the past eight years, Coach Zach has dedicated himself to coaching his son’s teams, channeling his passion into developing young athletes both on and off the field. He believes in building strong team bonds, fostering confidence, and teaching players the value of hard work, respect, and sportsmanship. Under his leadership, his teams have not only earned multiple victories but also created lasting friendships and a shared love for the game.
