What does it cost to sign up for VCPW?
Your VCPW board works hard to keep costs low for families. We are the only association in the West Coast Conference league that has a cheer uniform loaner program. All other associations require cheer families to additionally buy uniforms (which cost $250-$300+ each). We also have one of the lowest registration fees in the West Coast Conference league. We do fundraisers and seek local business sponsorships to help offset operating costs.
Our registration pricing depends on the program, and when you register. Save money by registering early! For the 2025 season, refer to the price breakdown below.
We also offer multi-sibling discounts. For each additional athlete sibling, it’s a $50 discount. Note, when you first see the available programs & divisions, the regular price will show. The applied early bird discount, sibling discount, or late fee pricing will adjust (if applicable) during check out.

What’s included in the registration cost?
- For FOOTBALL, registration cost includes helmet, shoulder pads, pants, game jersey and practice jersey. Families are responsible for buying their own cleats. A $150 deposit is required, which is returned when we get the clean uniform pants & gear back at the end of the season. The players keep their game jersey, which has their last name on them.
- For CHEER, registration costs includes a three-piece loner performance uniform (for games & competitions), Jamz cheer camp, camp gear (t-shirt, shorts & socks), and multiple cheer bows. Also included are the registration fees for Pop Warner local and regional cheer competitions. Families are responsible for buying their own all-white cheer shoes. A $250 deposit check is required, which is returned when we get the clean uniform back at the end of the season. The cheerleaders keep their camp gear and bows.
Additional/Optional Costs
Rather than use a loaner cheer uniform, parents have the option to order a new uniform for their cheerleader. Note that the time it takes between fitting & ordering to delivery can take up to 3 months, so if interested in this option, please notify the ACDC and be sure to get to the first uniform fitting date. This will help ensure the uniform arrives in time for the first game. If you purchase a cheer uniform, it is yours to keep.
An optional cheer backpack & cheer jacket are available to purchase at VC Sports. For cheer competitions that take place out of town, families are responsible to pay travel costs. For non-Pop Warner cheer competitions, the team pays competition entry fees. Though, our cheer teams do fundraisers throughout the season to help offset the registration & possible travel costs.
