Intro
I have been coaching youth football since 2009, I've been blessed to be on the High School staff since the Spring 2021 season and currently serve as the Varsity Defensive Coordinator.I love this game, I love the kids, it's what drives me, its what keeps me coming back.

What’s your favorite football memory?
There have been so many over the years but I have to go with completing an undefeated season in 2013.

Who is your favorite superhero?
Superman

What's your favorite sports team?
Miami Dolphins

What's your favorite video game or game?
Tecmo Superbowl

If players know you love them, that you actually care, they will run through a brick wall for you.

DAVID DUGGIN

Intro
Played and coached basketball at the University of New Mexico.
Coached Pop Warner for 20 years.
Coached High School Football for 13 years.
Football is the only sport that is truly a team sport. As a team you can reach the heights of success whether you win or lose. As an individual, success will always remain just out of your reach.

What’s your favorite football memory?
Winning the Wescon championship and qualifying to play at the Pop Warner Super Bowl with a group of over achievers who came to believe they could beat better teams by playing together.

KYLE DUGGIN
2024 Flag Football Head Coach

Intro
My name is Kyle Duggin and I have lived in valley center the last 5 years. My wife and I live our community and look for any opportunity to add value to it. I have coached football here at VCPW the last 2 years as an assistant and am excited for the opportunity to take over as the head coach of our jaguars. I played football through high school and then immediately started my coaching career at the high school level which spanned over 10 years and I held positions from position coach to coordinator and also served as the varsity head football coach at Maranatha Christian High School for 3 years. I have a huge passion for the game of football and the life lessons it provides. 

What’s your favorite football memory?
My favorite football memory is watching my oldest son develop a love for the game. 

Who's your favorite superhero?
My favorite superhero is the Hulk, because I would imagine he would be incredible at football 

What's your favorite sports team?
My favorite teams are the Padres and Chargers. I know it may ruffle feathers that I am still a Charger fan, but I didn’t see another option. I had to stay faithful to my team. 

What's your favorite video game or game?
Although I loved video games in a past life, now that I have 4 sons 7years old and under there is no time for video games of any kind.
