Registration is open for Fall 2024 and Spring 2025

Fall 2024 Registration Deadlines:
- Intent for Advanced League - June 1st, 2024
                 - Mountain Region - July 15th, 2024
                 - Academy Programs - July 15th, 2024

Please follow the links below to access the new registration system. If your player played for the club in 2023-2024, your information has been transferred to the new system.

** IMPORTANT NOTES:
Players are not able to register directly to any specific teams. Teams are created AFTER players are registered.
Practice schedules are not yet set; preferences for schedules can be indicated during registration for Academy, All-Valley, and MRL programs.

Programs may fill up prior to registration deadlines and will close. Register now to ensure you have a spot!  Do not delay!

If your player is offered a spot on an Advanced League roster that does not work for your family, you will have the opportunity to decline the roster spot before completing the registration and making a payment for the season.

If your player is placed on an MRL, All-Valley, or Academy roster that does not work for your family, registrations can be cancelled and a refund issued before 8/15.

Advanced League Registration

Intent to play Advanced League 2024-2025 - submissions after 6/1 incur a $50 late fee
Rosters will be created and released during June. Once notified of rosters, families will have 72 hours to accept the roster spot offered and make a payment or enroll in a payment plan. If it is not accepted within 72 hours, the roster spot may be offered to another player.

Registration to 11u-15u Advanced League teams are for the entire year, fall 2024 and spring 2025. A new uniform for the year is included in the registration fee.

11u/12u Advanced League
- For players born 2013-2014
- Teams play 9v9; roster size 12-14 players.
13u-15u Advanced League
- For players born 2010-2012.
- Teams play 11v11; roster size 16-18 players.

Registration to 15u-19u Advanced League teams are for a single season, fall 2024 for girls and spring 2025 for boys. A new uniform for the year is included in the registration fee.

For players born 2006-2010 in high school.
Roster size 18-22 players.
High School Girls will only play Fall Season (August 12 – November 3, 2024), most girls will play on their high school team during the spring season.
High School Boys will only play Spring Season (February 25 – May 26, 2025), most boys will play on their high school team during the fall season.

Mountain Region League

Registrations for the Mountain Region League must be submitted by 7/15
Registrations after 7/15 will go directly to a waitlist and will incur an additional $50 fee for registration if/when they are activated from the waitlist to a roster.
Rosters will be created and released August 1.

Registration to Mountain Region League teams is done by season, one for fall 2024 and one for spring 2025. If you register for both at the same time, you will receive $100 off of the spring registration fee. A new uniform for 2024-2025 is included in the registration fee for the player's first season of the year; players registered for both seasons will receive their uniform in the fall.

Fall 2024 MRL Registration (12u or 15u)
Spring 2025 MRL Registration (12u or 15u)

Available to players born 2010-2014
12u Teams play 9v9; roster size 12-14 players.
15u teams play 11v11; roster size 16-18 players.
Available to players born 2010-2014

All-Valley League Registration

Registrations for the 10u All-Valley League must be submitted by 7/15
Registrations after 7/15 will go directly to a waitlist and will incur an additional $50 fee for registration if/when they are activated from the waitlist to a roster.
Rosters will be created and released August 1.

Registration to 10u All-Valley League teams is done by season, one for fall 2024 and one for spring 2025. If you register for both at the same time, you will receive $100 off of the spring registration fee. A new uniform for 2024-2025 is included in the registration fee for the player's first season of the year; players registered for both seasons will receive their uniform in the fall.

Academy (6u-8u) Registration

Registrations for Academy Programs must be submitted by 7/15
Registrations after 7/15 will go directly to a waitlist and will incur an additional $50 fee for registration if/when they are activated from the waitlist to a roster.
Rosters will be created and released August 15.

Registration to 6u-8u teams is done by season, one for fall 2024 and one for spring 2025. If you register for both at the same time, you will receive $40 off of the spring registration fee.

8u - Available to players born 2017-2018
6u - Available to players born 2019-2020
4u - Available to players born 2021 ** 4u program is only available in spring

8u teams play 5v5; roster size 10-12 players.
6u teams play 4v4 or 5v5; roster size 8-10 players.
4u teams do not have games; roster size 8-10.

Registration: 2024-2025

Registration for 2024-2025 will be done through a new platform - Playmetrics.

If your player is a returning player, your account information has been transferred over to Playmetrics. You will need to verify your account and create a password to login and register.

If your player is new to RFU, you will need to create an account to complete the registration.
