2025 Spring Flag Football

First Day of Practice:
Monday, May 12th 6:00PM

Location:
ESM Pop Warner Field located behind East Syracuse Elementary with parking located on James Street. Please do not park in the Library parking lot.

What to Bring:
Players will need a mouthguard, cleats, and a water bottle.

All players report to registration table first at the concession stand. Players will be checked for complete paperwork and receive a wrist band if paperwork is completed. Paperwork can be turned in at first day of practice at the field or at any upcoming paperwork turn in dates.

Pop Warner Flag Football Divisions

Division	Ages
Cub	5-7
Bobcat	8-10
Wildcat	11-13

*A child's age on July 31st, 2024 is his/her age for the 2025 spring season.

Registration Info

Cost $120 - Includes uniform (shorts & shirt) and Pop Warner registration fees.

The following paperwork will also need to be turned in in-person before the season begins. A child's registration is not complete until all paperwork is turned in.

• 2025 Participant Contract and Parental Consent Form
• 2025 Youth Participant Medical History Form
• Copy of your child's birth certificate
• Copy of your child's current report card
• 2x2 color headshot of your child
