Cheerleading
Our program is a welcoming space for ALL athletes, irrespective of their previous experience or skill level in cheerleading.
As part of our ESM Spartan cheerleading team, athletes will be trained to learn different cheers to support our players.
What we value most is the cultivation of important life skills such as teamwork, self-confidence, positivity, and leadership.
We focus on the comprehensive development of our cheerleaders. This includes gaining proficiency in conditioning, strength training, and coordination, essential for safe stunting.
Our sideline cheerleaders don't just cheer from the sidelines; they also contribute to the excitement of home games with a choreographed half-time performance,
ensuring that the team spirit remains at its peak.
Registration Cost
$230 - includes uniform (top, skirt, bow)
* Cost should never act as a deterrent for participation. There
are alternative options available to accommodate those who may be unable

Practice Schedule
All Divisions - Practice starts Tuesday August 1st. Practice schedule will be made by coaches.
Games Schedule
Games will be scheduled on weekends, starting from Labor Day weekend. However, due to a shortage of referees, some games could be scheduled during the week, possibly on Tuesdays or Wednesdays.
The game days and times will be released by CNY Pop Warner. Once the schedules are released, we will promptly inform the parents.
