2026 Fall Season

The 2026 fall football season runs from July 15th - October 31st, with games starting Labor Day weekend. Practices and home games are held at the ESM Pop Warner field behind East Syracuse Elementary. Away games are played against other local Pop Warner teams.

Registration Cost

Tackle Football (6-12 years old): $250
Players will get a home and away tackle football uniform to keep. Player will be provided with helmet and shoulder pads to borrow.

Girls Flag Football (6 - 15 years old): $150
Player will be provided a flag football uniform to keep.

Coed Flag Football (5-7 years old): $150
Player will be provided a flag football uniform to keep.

* 6 & 7 year olds have option to play flag or tackle.

* Cost should never act as a deterrent for participation. There are alternative options available to accommodate those who may be unable to afford the registration fees. Contact [email protected] for available financial assistance program info.

Divisions

IMPORTANT: Age levels and divisions are subject to change based on player registration numbers, overall team size, and availability .

*A child's age on July 15th, 2026 is his/her age for the 2026 fall season.

Additional Cost

Each player will need:

• Mouthguard
• Cleats
• Water Bottle
• Practice Jersey (tackle)
• Practice Pants (tackle)

Practice Schedule

All Divisions - Practice and conditioning starts July 15th.

Summer: Practices are Monday - Thursday 6:00p - 8:30p.

Once School Starts: Practices are three days a week (coaches choice) 6:00p - 7:30p.

*Coed Flag Football (5-7 year olds) will have different practice schedule 1-2 days a week, TBD by coaches.

Games Schedule

Games will be scheduled on weekends, starting from Labor Day weekend and is subject to change throughout the season.

The game days and times will be released by CNY Pop Warner. Once the schedules are released, we will promptly inform the parents.
