Sponsorship Letter

Reminder that each team is responsible for securing a $250 (or higher) sponsorship. These sponsorships help to keep registration costs down and to help supply the league with equipment, field rental, lighting the fields, and help pay umpires. Please download, print, and fill out the form below.  Forms and payment may be mailed to PO Box 212 Higley, AZ 85236  OR handed in IN-PERSON at uniform pick up.
