There is a useful app that can be downloaded for great practice ideas. The app is free and is sponsored by major league baseball. It does not contain any advertisements. The company makes money by offering subscriptions for more in-depth, personal training through the app. We are not directly partnered with the app but some of our coaches have used it and provided positive feedback.

Abuse and Awareness Training for Volunteers
