The Tee-Ball Division program is for players League Age 4 to 5 (and some 6 year olds brand new to baseball) who want to learn the fundamentals of throwing, hitting, fielding, sportsmanship and teamwork. As this is usually the first experience for most players, a softer baseball is used during practices and games. In Tee-Ball, players learn how to hit a ball off a batting tee, run the bases and basic fielding techniques. This is an instructional division, no score is kept, full line up is batted and all players take the field each inning,

Games will be played in the outfield of field #3 or #4.

These games will all begin at 5:30 pm and end no later than 7 pm. 

Farm League Baseball program is for boys and girls ages 6-7. 

It may also be appropriate for some players who are league age 8 and brand new to baseball.

This division is "machine pitch", meaning that there is no live pitcher, either player or coach. Farm division is the intermediate level in baseball. Using a pitching machine vs. hitting from a tee. Outs made are acknowledged - 3 outs will clear the runners on the bases. The entire team will bat the each inning.

 More detailed rules can be found in our Local Rules. Rosters may be composed of between 10 and 11 players. No live pitching is permitted in this division.

Games will be played in the outfield of field #3 or #4.

These games will all begin at 5:30 pm and end no later than 7 pm. 

Your League Age 8 year old will be drafted to a Rookie division team

GALL has split their Minor League Baseball program into 2 divisions. Rookie - and Minors.

Rookie is for boys and girls Little League Age 8 - 9. During the spring the rosters are formed based on tryouts and a draft by League Board Members. We will attempt to honor ONE friend request in the Rookie division. This is NOT a guarantee.

Rookie division is "player pitch", meaning that a team player will be the pitcher for the first 2 innings of a game. After 2 innings - a Machine will be used to pitch. We believe this will give the players a chance to develop their pitching yet keep the fielders active. Rosters may be composed of up to 12 players. More detailed rules can be found in our Local Rules.

This is the start of the competitive divisions. There will be a tournament at the end of the season - and trophies will be awarded to the top 2 teams in the Spring.

Based on tryout result, your League Age 9 year old player will be drafted to either a Rookie or Minors AA division team.

Based on tryout result, your League Age 11 year old player will be drafted to either a Minors AAA or Majors division team.

Minors AAA & Majors games both have a 7:45 PM start time, two games per week.

ALL League Age 12 year old players will be drafted to a Majors division team.

Majors game start time is 7:45 PM, two nights per week.

The Juniors Baseball Division is for boys and girls who are Little League ages 13-15 (using the 2024 age chart).

During the fall, teams will be formed by the league Registrar, every effort will be made to honor coach/teammate requests. During the spring, the teams are selected based on tryouts and a draft by coaches. Rosters will be composed of 12-14 players. More detailed rules can be found in our Local Rules.

This is a competitive division. There will be a tournament at the end of the season and awards will be received by the top 2 teams. GALL will typically inter-league play with neighboring leagues.

Based on tryout result, your League Age 10 year old player will be drafted to either a Minors AA or Minors AAA division team.

Minors AA game start time is 5:30 PM - Minors AAA game start time is 7:45 PM.
