Mentorship Program

One of our goals this year was to create a mentorship program between our older kids (18U) and our younger kids (8U and under). We have successfully begun our mentorship program, but we are looking for a few more mentors.

The program aims to assign 1-2 mentors per team. These mentors will be under the supervision of the head coach and league president.

If your child is an 18U player or a high school student who is looking to volunteer, and is interested in being a mentor for an 8U and under team, please complete the application below and a CFABA staff member will contact you.

If you need service hours, want to spend time outside, love kids, love teaching and want to make a real difference, consider signing up today!

ALL Mentors will be required to complete Concussion Awareness training. This is provided for free through several sources, CFABA recommends either the National Federation of High Schools or the Center for Disease Control programs.

Any Mentors ages 18 and over will be required to pass a background check through USA Baseball.
