She was a part of teams that won 3 CCAA Conference Tournaments and appeared in the NCAA tournament 4 times.  In addition, Tash is a two time first team All-West Region, two time first time All-CCAA, first team Daktronics Div II All West Region, and the 2008 CCAA's Most Valuable Offensive Player of the Year.

Tash began her coaching career at La Jolla High School, coaching the Girls Junior Varsity team for the 2007 - 2009 seasons.  She then transitioned to the Girls Varsity Assistant Coach, working under Impact's Director of coaching Kristin Jones, from 2010 - 2017.  Outside of coaching, Natasha is a Product Manager Lead at DJO where she works to build and manage automated software solutions in the healthcare space.

As Director of the Girls at La Jolla Impact, Tash is passionate about providing a positive and competitive environment that encourages players to grow and succeed while fostering their love and passion for the game.  She works to empower each individual athlete to push themselves to develop their technical and tactical skills, as well as other important life skills that turn players into the best versions of themselves on and off the field.  Her goal is to work with every player to provide the best soccer experience possible and ensure they succeed and meet their goals at every level.
