2025 Mission Statement
At Grafton Tabb Youth Football and Cheer, we are dedicated to building not just athletes, but confident, respectful, and resilient young people. We believe that through teamwork, discipline, and encouragement, every child can grow both on and off the field.
Our goals each season are to:
1. Have Fun & Learn – Enjoy the game while learning the fundamentals of football and cheer.
2. Grow Together – Improve as individuals, teammates, and as a league community.
3. Respect & Support – Encourage one another, communicate openly, and show respect to teammates, coaches, opponents, and officials.
4. Show Character – Win with humility and lose with dignity, representing our league with pride at all times.
5. Stay Coachable – Be open to learning, listen carefully, and apply new skills with focus.
6. Give Maximum Effort – Always bring energy, commitment, and a positive attitude.
Football and Cheer are more than sports—they are lessons in leadership, teamwork, and perseverance. At Grafton–Tabb, we don’t play for “me,” we play for “WE.” Success is not only measured by wins and losses, but by the growth, confidence, and character our athletes carry beyond the season.
