Mission Statement

At Grafton–Tabb Youth Football and Cheer, based in Yorktown, York County, Virginia, we are dedicated to building not just athletes, but confident, respectful, and resilient young people. We proudly welcome families from York County and surrounding communities, creating an environment where every child can grow both on and off the field.Through teamwork, discipline, and encouragement, we believe every athlete can develop skills, confidence, and lifelong friendships.

Our goals each season are to:

1. Have Fun & Learn – Enjoy the game while learning the fundamentals of football and cheer.
2. Grow Together – Improve as individuals, teammates, and as a league community.
3. Respect & Support – Encourage one another, communicate openly, and show respect to teammates, coaches,      opponents, and officials.
4. Show Character – Win with humility and lose with dignity, representing our league with pride at all times.
5. Stay Coachable – Be open to learning, listen carefully, and apply new skills with focus.
6. Give Maximum Effort – Always bring energy, commitment, and a positive attitude.
