We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our youth sports program as volunteer football and cheer coaches, as well as key support roles. Your commitment will help shape the skills and character of young athletes in our community!

Available Positions:

Coaching Staff:

• Head Football Coach – Lead and develop the football team, plan practices, and implement game strategies.
• Assistant Football Coaches – Support the head coach in training sessions and game-day preparations.
• Head Cheer Coach – Oversee the cheerleading squad, choreograph routines, and promote team spirit.
• Assistant Cheer Coaches – Assist the head cheer coach with practices and performances.

Support Roles:

• Team Parent (Team Mom/Dad) – Coordinate communication between coaches and parents, organize team events, and manage administrative tasks.
  
• Equipment Managers – Manage and maintain sports equipment, ensuring everything is in good condition for practices and games.
• Board Members – Participate in the administrative and decision-making processes of the organization.

Game Day & Field Operations:

• Concession Manager – Oversee the concession stand, manage inventory, coordinate volunteers, and ensure smooth operations on game days.
• Grill Manager – Take charge of the grilling station, ensuring food is prepared efficiently and safely during games.
• Field Manager – Ensure fields are properly set up and maintained for practices and game days, including marking lines, setting up goals, and handling equipment.

Qualifications:

• A passion for working with youth and promoting sportsmanship.
• Previous experience is beneficial but not required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to commit to the season’s schedule, including practices and games.

Requirements:

• All volunteers must complete a background check to ensure the safety of our participants.
• Attendance at a mandatory training session prior to the season’s start.
