Mequon Thiensville Little League’s (MTLL’s) primary mission is to provide an environment for our youth to have an enjoyable, safe, team-oriented, and community-based experience while learning and playing the game of baseball and softball. At the same time, the MTLL is committed to teaching our youth the critical life lessons of good sportsmanship, teamwork, and respect for others. Through the game of baseball and softball, MTLL intends to help youth to set and work towards common goals and to build character, leadership ability, and confidence. 

MTLL is charged with providing every day examples of the values upon which Little League was built: Character, Courage, and Loyalty. These values are manifest not only by how we conduct ourselves on the field, but also by how we conduct ourselves off the field. MTLL has been and will continue to be a community where all races, genders, and backgrounds come together and are welcomed to play and grow together.
