Little League offers several divisions for older boys, with overlapping age restrictions. MTLL has had boys play in the Major, Intermediate, and Junior divisions in the past. Because we want to have the best experience for our players, the division(s) we enter will be determined by the number and ages of the boys who register. All of these divisions feature games against other local Little League programs.
- Majors+ is for players born between Sept. 1, 2011 and Aug. 31, 2015.
- Rules and field dimensions vary by division; see the Little League Baseball Divisions website for details.
- Game locations will vary. The website will be updated once schedules are finalized through the area Little League.
- Each team generally plays two games per week. Games are primarily at 6 p.m. with some 8 p.m. games after school is out. Most games will be scheduled Monday through Thursday, with the possibility of occasional Saturday games.
- All bats must be in compliance with rule 1.10 and be approved by USA Baseball; wood bats are authorized. BBCOR composite bats are also approved and will NOT have the USA Baseball stamp. (https://www.littleleague.org/playing-rules/bat-rules/)
