Our family consist of 100% volunteers from the Executive Board, committee members, coaches and managers.  We rely on volunteerism to make this Little League charter great.  

Highland Springs Little League strives to create and maintain a safe and fun learning environment for everyone.  We will lead by example and exemplify a strong, positive work ethic by dedicating our time on and off the field to bring our communities, families, players and coaches together as one. We pledge our efforts to our children to build character, self-esteem, and respect so they can grow into not only great team players but also confident leaders.  It is important that we always remain transparent, so that we can accurately say, “ONE TEAM, ONE VOICE!”

Highland Springs Little League live and breath by the following core values.  It is the expectation that players, parents, coaches, managers and any volunteer with HSLL demonstrate these core values at all times.  Thank you so much for helping to ensure HSLL has a safe and encouraging environment for all players and volunteers.    

1.     Safety – Our number one priority is the safety of the children.  This sport (like any sport) comes with pains and accidents, but our goal is to have your child leave practice and games in the same or better condition than they were when they arrived and they have fun doing it.  

2.    Ethics – Everyone has an obligation to be accountable and honest!  From the Executive Board to our parents and players, our reputation is dependent on our ethical behavior and we will always have a good one.  

3.     Quality – We are committed to continuous improvement throughout the charter.  Practice makes progress and we will always push to be better than good in all ways.  

4.    One Team One Voice – We are one unit! Everyone represents everyone from players, to parents, to coaches, to managers to committee leaders and board members.  We are all one team working together to support and uplift ourselves, our teams, and our entire community.
